Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Westside Auto Wholesale, located at 42 Ewing Street, Bentley, WA 6102.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. The winner must have a full, valid Australian driver's licence to use the vehicle loan portion of the prize. Exclusions: Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

Start Date: 31 October 2026. End Date: 31 January 2027 at 11:59 PM AWST late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Visit westsideauto.com.au/scorchers. Complete the entry form by providing: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number. Click Submit. Entry Limit: One entry per person.

5. Prize Details

  • 5 nights accommodation at either BIG4 Holiday Park Denmark or BIG4 Holiday Park Dongara (winner’s choice, subject to availability, best room available).
  • Use of a Westside Auto Wholesale vehicle for the duration of the trip (make and model subject to availability and at the discretion of Westside Auto Wholesale).
  • Conditions:
    • Vehicle must be collected from Westside Auto Wholesale, 42 Ewing Street, Bentley, WA.
    • No transport or transfer is provided to the pick-up location.
    • No spending money or fuel allowance is included.
    • Total Prize Value: $4,000 (including GST). The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.
    • If using the vehicle portion of the prize, the winner must hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence and sign a loan car agreement for the duration of use.

6. Draw Details

  • Draw Method: Random draw via randomdraws.com.au.
  • Draw Date & Time: 1 February 2027 at 12:00 PM AWST.
  • Location: 42 Ewing Street, Bentley WA.
  • Redraw: If the winner is ineligible or uncontactable, a redraw will occur on 31 March 2026.

7. Winner Notification & Publication

Winners will be notified by email and phone within 48 hours of the draw. Winner details will be published on westsideauto.com.au/scorchers after prize acceptance. Winners have 30 days from the draw date to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.

8. Verification

Westside Auto Wholesale reserves the right to verify: Identity, Age, Residency.

9. Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified if: Incomplete or non-compliant, Unlawful or suspected of tampering.

10. Privacy

By entering, participants agree to the promoter’s Privacy Policy available at westsideauto.com.au/privacy.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law: The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond its control. Statutory warranties under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

12. Changes & Cancellation

The promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary, or cancel the promotion if necessary.

13. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be handled by Westside Auto Wholesale through its Client Contact Centre.
